You asked us to keep this Mother’s Day favourite on the menu and we know exactly why. Our raspberry éclair is filled with fresh raspberry mousse, topped with a generous raspberry glaze and finished with delicate decorations.
Our caramel éclair is bursting with thick caramel custard, topped with an indulgent salted caramel topping & finished with a sprinkle of crunchy praline. A dessert so decadent it could star on the stage at the Moulin Rouge.
Crispy choux filled with smooth lemon mousse and topped with a zesty lemon mousse. So cool it could attend a premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

PLANT-BASED PIES & SAUSAGE ROLLS HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED AT FERGUSON PLARRE!
After 14 months of development we’ve finally created pies and sausage rolls everyone can enjoy.
Both the Aussie Pie and Sausage Roll are vegan-friendly and have been created following the same principles as our classic products, great taste, quality ingredients, no-nasties, freshly-made and never frozen.
There’s everything you love about our pies and sausage rolls, just without the meat.
We’re so proud of this new range and we can’t wait for you to try them!

WHAT IS VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Ferguson Plarre’s Plant-Based Aussie Pie and Plant-Based Sausage Roll contain absolutely no animal ingredients which makes them vegan-friendly. The products are made with the same equipment as our meat-based savouries but please rest assured that equipment is thoroughly sanitised before production and all Plant-Based items are produced prior to any meat based products to ensure that there is no chance of contamination.
HOW IS THE “MEAT” MADE?
The mince in both products is made using a special recipe that we’ve developed over the last 14 months, using a unique range of healthy vegetables, combined with a natural wheat gluten recipe called Seitan.
It is made by washing wheat flour dough with water until all the starch granules have been removed, leaving a sticky insoluble gluten product, which is then cooked before being eaten. Seitan actually has twice the iron & twice the protein of beef and is an entirely natural product.
