Anzac biscuits are the ultimate crowd pleaser and so, with Anzac Day just around the corner, we’ve put an easy to follow (read: foolproof!) recipe to have mouths watering and taste buds satisfied.

1 cup Woolworths Select Oats
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup shredded coconut
60 grams butter
2 tbs Woolworths Select Golden Syrup
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
Step 1: Preheat oven to 160°C. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.Combine oats,
flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, stir butter, golden syrup and water over medium heat until melted
Step 3: Add bicarb soda to butter mixture and stir until frothy.
Step 4: Pour into dry ingredients and mix together until moistened. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture
into balls and place onto trays, leaving space between each for spreading. Flatten with the palm of
your hand. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, then allow to cool on trays.
