Coco Nutty and Chia Breakfast Pudding with Fresh Berries

A healthy nutritious start to the day, try our chia seed pudding with coconut water, yoghurt and fresh berries.

I N G R E D I E N T S   M E T H O D  

 

1/2 Cup Coconut Water

1/2 Cup Vaalia Natural Yoghurt

2 Tablespoons Chia Seed

Banana (sliced)

Handful of fresh berries

1/2 Cup Be Natural Coco Nutty Granola

 

Step 1: Stir the chia seeds in coconut water in a glass jar or small bowl.

Step 2: Refrigerate for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 3: Add natural yoghurt and stir well

Step 4: Top with Be Natural Coco Nutty Granola

Step 5: Serve chilled.

Note: Berries can be replaced with sliced mango or other seasonal fruit.
