If you’re sick of the sandwich, try a wrap! This cannellini bean wrap (with an oat and honey cookie snack) is a creative way to solve lunch-box boredom.

Nutritious and delicious, your kids will thank you!

I N G R E D I E N T S   M E T H O D  

Cannellini Wrap

1/2 cup Home brand cannellini beans

1tbs Shepard avocado for cannellini bean wrap

1 Vitastic Healthy Soft Sorj wholemeal wrap

10 g baby spinach leaves

1/5 sliced red capsicum

Oat and Honey Cookies

1 Select Free Rage egg

¼ cup Woolworths Select Australian
Honey Twist & Squeeze

¼ cup Homebrand Sultanas


6 Peckish Brown Rice Crackers No Salt

40g Homebrand Tasty Cheese, sliced

1 apple

Cannellini Bean Wrap

Step 1: Mash beans with avocado and spread over wrap.

Step 2: Top with baby spinach leaves and capsicum. Roll to enclose.

Oat & Honey Cookies

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180ºc. Line a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place oats in a food processor

and process until finely chopped, keeping a little texture.

Step 2:  Whisk the egg and honey in a medium bowl. Stir in oats and sultanas until well combined.

Step 3: Roll rounded tablespoons of the mixture into 12 balls and place on prepared tray. Using a fork, flatten

slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool completely.

Step 4: Wrap 2 cookies in plastic wrap and place in lunch box.

Step 5: Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap individually in plastic wrap

and freeze for up to 1 month.


Note: Crackers and cheese snack: pack separately in lunchbox.
