Berry Smoothie Bowls
Berry Smoothie Bowls are a great way to start the day. Both easy to make and fun to experiment with, start with the basics of our great recipe below, then add your favourite toppings!

220g packet Boost Rawesome frozen fruit
1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt
¼ cup milk or almond milk
1/3 cup oats
¼ cup almonds
1 tsp honey
1 tbs desiccated coconut, to serve
1 tbs pepitas, to serve
Sunflower kernels, to serve
Blueberry, to serve
Strawberry, to serve
Step 1: place frozen fruit, yoghurt, milk, oats, almonds
and honey in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer smoothie mix to a serving bowl then top
with coconut, seeds and berries. serve immediately.
Tip: Experiment with different toppings. Try seasonal fruit
with seeds, nuts, dessicated coconut or maple syrup.
