1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves and root
3 spring onions, chopped
1tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 sachet Asian Style Chinese Ginger and Cinnamon Spice Stick
8 fish skewers
Green salad, to serve
Step 1: Place coriander leaves, root, spring onion, oils and spice sachet in a food processor and process until a smooth paste forms.
Step 2: Lay skewers on a baking paper-lined tray and brush all over with paste. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Heat on bbq plate on medium-high. Cook skewers for 10 minutes, turning frequently until golden and cooked through. Serve with green salad.
